Autoclaved kettle is kind of horizontal steel cylinder device, kettle lid is made of whole piece of 16 MnR steel plate through pressing. Kettle cover flange and the kettle body flange are forged by the whole piece of 16MnR steel plate. The wielding line of pressure parts are tested according to the relevant standard and strict nondestructive testing.
Autoclaved kettle is a kind of quick open structure, which open and close through gearbox by hand. It also can be customized, such as electric, pneumatic, hydraulic hoist. Autoclaved kettle is equipped with safety interlock protection device that can avoid the wrong operation maximum to ensure the safe operation of reaction caldron in the aeroconcrete production. There are two kinds of open type for user. Side open type use the rotating structure, which have many benefit, such as rotating flexible, low operation, simple and convenient to open. Open on the level structure is the lower lever and the kettle door connect with each other. The upper is equipped with counterweight device, this open type is portable and save room.
According to the different autoclaved concrete body, there are three kind of support: fixed support, movable support and end special bearing. They are adapted to heat bilges and cold shrink of the kettle body well that can guarantee the normal work and service life of reaction caldron in the aeroconcrete production.
Autoclaved concrete is equipped with safety valve, pressure gauge, temperature measuring device, exhaust valve, sealing ball valve, steam trap and other necessary valves and instrument, and it is also equipped with many kinds of decontamination tank for user.
